Oceanview Rhythmic in Swakopmund offers four different sections in gymnastics and dance for children.

Fun gym

1. Rhythmic gymnastics [ dance with rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon ] for girls as from the age of three (3) years and in different sections:

v Beginning with fun gym and later competitive sections as from Level 1 to Level 10. These girls take part in competitions here in Namibia as well as in South Africa. From Level 9 and 10 they can also be selected in the Namibian team in Junior and Senior sections depending on their age. As members of the Namibian team they can take part in the Zone VI and also in African Championships. Level 8, 9 & Senior National

2. In the mornings there’s another section of development at schools. On the picture four Grade 1’s from Atlantic Primary are doing a rope routine.

3. Rope skipping

Grade 5/6 girls from

Westside High School,

Swakopmund.

4. Mini-trampoline & Tumbling for boys and girls of all ages in different sections from beginners to advanced.
