2 MINI TRAMPOLINE

 

       7.  2.1 MINI TRAMPOLINE RULES FOR INDIVIDUAL COMPETITIONS

 

2.1.1 All competitors perform two compulsory and three voluntary routines.

2.1.2 Only the voluntary skills’ degree of difficulty, count for the total score of the competitor.

2.1.3 Changes to the compulsory skills result in termination of the routine and a Zero Mark.

2.1.4 Repeats of skills on the mini-trampoline are not allowed in any of the five skills. When a skill is repeated the gymnast receives a Zero Mark for that skill.

2.1.5 Changes to voluntary routines are allowed without penalty.

2.1.6 Warm-up time is within the discretion of the organisers and depends on time and availability of equipment.

2.1.7 Trampoline competitors are not allowed to participate in competitions on the mini trampoline.

 

       8.  2.2 COMPETITION AGE GROUPS

 

2.2.1 Competitions are held in the following age groups:

2.2.1.1                  8 & Under

2.2.1.2                  9+10

2.2.1.3                  11-12

2.2.1.4                  13 & OVER

 

       9.  2.3 COMPULSORY ROUTINES

 

Two voluntary passes and two compulsory passes where only the voluntary routines’ degree of difficulty are added to the total score, difficulty degree does not count in the compulsory passes.

       10.                2.4 DRESS FOR COMPETITORS

 

2.4.1 Male competitors: Leotard/Neat T-shirt and Sport shorts.

2.4.2 Female competitors: Leotard or neat T-shirt and Sport Shorts.

2.4.3 White foot covering of no more than ankle length or barefoot.

2.4.4 The wearing of jewellery or watches is not permitted during competitions. Rings without gemstones may be worn if they are taped.

 

 

 

       11.                2.5 JUDGING

2.5.1 MINI TRAMPOLINE RULES AND DEDUCTIONS

        10.                 2.5.1.1       Execution of the routines are marked out of 1.0.

2.5.2 DEDUCTIONS ON INSTRUCTION OF SUPERIOR JUDGE ONLY

        11.                 2.5.2.1       Touch anything other than bed during pass - deduct                                         0,1 points

        12.                 2.5.2.2       Touch landing mat one/both hands - deduct                                                   0,2 points

        13.                 2.5.2.3       Fall to knees or hands/knees, seat - deduct                                                      0,3 points

        14.                 2.5.2.4       Fall to the front or back - deduct                                                                   0,4 points

        15.                 2.5.2.5       Land one or both feet outside landing zone - deduct                                        0,2 points

        16.                 2.5.2.6       Assistance spotter/coach - deduct                                                                  0,3 points

        17.                 2.5.2.7       MAXIMUM landing deduction is                                                                   0.4 points

2.5.3 ZERO PASSES

        18.                 2.5.3.1       Not jumping with both feet simultaneously onto the mini tramp                       Zero

2.5.4 DEDUCTIONS BY JUDGES FOR EXECUTION

        21.                 2.5.4.1       Lack of form, consistency of height & control -                                               0,1 - 0,6 points per skill

        22.                 2.5.4.2       Lack of stability - after dismount -                                                                  0,1 - 0,2 points

2.5.5 ACTIONS AND DEDUCTIONS BY THE DIFFICULTY JUDGE

        23.                 2.5.5.1       Check prescribed routines. When a competitor in the ages category does not perform the correct prescribed routine, bring it to the attention of the superior judge. Zero mark for the routine.

        24.                 2.5.5.2       Check for repeats. A repeat will result in a zero mark.

        25.                 2.5.5.3       In Junior & Senior Elite, when not performing a skill with the set minimum difficulty of 0.4 a competitor will get a zero mark for that pass.

2.5.6 JUDGING PANEL

        26.                 2.5.6.1       The judging panel consists of:

One Superior Judge

One Scorer

Three Execution Judges (if enough judges are available five execution judges)

One Difficulty Judge

2.5.7 SCORING

        27.                 2.5.7.1       The total score of a competitor is calculated as follows:

        28.                 2.5.7.2        If only 3 judges, delete the highest and the lowest and triple remaining score. If there are 5 judges then highest and lowest fall away and the remaining marks added together.

        29.                 2.5.7.3       Add difficulty where applicable

        30.                 2.5.7.4       For total score add the scores for all five routines together (round total to 2 decimals).

2.5.8 Judges Attire

        31.                 2.5.8.1       All national judges should wear navy blue jackets and trousers and a white shirt/chemise.

        32.                 2.5.8.2       All international judges should wear black jackets and trousers and a white shirt/chemise.

2.6. REQUIREMENTS FOR VOLUNTARY ROUTINE AND TOTAL SCORE TO BE AWARDED

             13 and over   min.score 10.00
