Tamarin, age 16, started
rhythmic gymnastics at Oceanview at the age of 7 years.
She is the only Rhythmic
Gymnast in
She practices five days a week
between 3 to 4 hours per day.
She is currently a Grade 10
student at

Tammy was taken up in the
National Squad (Pre-Junior) at the age of 9.
She took part in various
competitions here in
but her first International
Competition in the Pre-Junior section was in
2001 – The Zone

In 2004 she took part in a
Senior Internation Competition in
The highlight of 2005 was winning the senior section of the
Zone VI Championships in December 2005.
